How do I make a booking through the website?
Once you choose the apartment you would like to book, drop us an email with check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, and your contact details, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with our availability and confirmation.
How can I pay for my reservation?
There are a few ways of proceeding with the payment, and we always try to choose the one which is the most convenient for our client. You can pay online via a link using your Card, Bank Transfer, or we also recommend TransferWise for international transfers.
Do you take a security deposit?
In most cases, we don’t take a security deposit. However, a deposit might apply depending on the apartment you choose.
Are there any additional charges?
There are no additional charges to your reservation, so the total amount of the reservation is the one you'll be charged.
What is your cancellation policy?
All our bookings are non-refundable.
What are the pre-check-in procedures?
We aim to make your arrival as smooth as possible, so we will ask you to complete some of the paperwork before arrival. Please send us your ID/Driving Licence or Passport and a selfie of you holding it so we can confirm your identity. We will also ask you to verify your email and phone number to ensure we can contact you upon arrival.
Is there parking at the apartments?
We don't have parking at the apartments, but we always recommend private parking nearby, and you can pre-book your slot online.
How do I arrange my check-in?
We always ask you to provide us with your one-hour check-in time slot.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-In is available from 4 pm, and Check-Out is by 10 am; however, we will try our best to be flexible if this time is not suitable for you. Just let us know your preference, and we will do our best.
What if I arrive very late?
Don't worry! No matter how late you arrive, we will always arrange your check-in free of charge.
What are the main house rules?
We ask that our guests respect the space - no smoking, no parties. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am.
Is there a daily cleaning?
We do not provide a daily cleaning hoverer if you would like we can arrange it for you for an additional cost.
Are you pet friendly?
As much as we are pet lovers, unfortunately, we do not accept them in all our apartments, so please always enquiry in advance so we can confirm it for you.
Are you child friendly? Do you have baby beds?
We are happy to welcome families to our apartments. Please feel free to ask us any child-related questions, and we'll give you the exact details.
Is there a possibility of extra beds?
Unfortunately, we do not provide extra beds and air mattresses.
Can I cook at the apartment?
Of course, you can! Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare a meal during your stay with us.
Do you provide toiletries?
We do provide shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper.
Is there a hairdryer and iron?
We know travelling can be exhausting we want you to travel light, so
each apartment is equipped with an iron and a hair dryer.
What if I leave the keys inside the apartment and lock myself out?
If you leave the keys inside the apartment, we will always open the door for you with our management keys; however, waiting time depends on the time of the day and how busy we are. However, if you break or leave the keys inside the lock, you will be charged with the locksmith’s call-out.
What if I have an emergency at night?
In case of an emergency, please call us. We are always there for you, no matter what time it is. However, in case of life-threatening situations, always call 112 first.
How do I check out?
You will be advised of our check-out procedure upon your arrival. We will usually ask you to leave the keys inside the apartment. Please also ensure that the apartment is tidy and that you take all our belongings.
What if I leave personal belongings in the flat?
We don’t take responsibility for any items left after your check-out; however, we usually contact you and arrange the postage.
